The pizza you see today is usually deep-pan, thin & crispy or stuffed crust – but these are more modern, American varieties; aka ‘imposters’. Peter pizza is authentic, traditional, Neapolitan pizza – the original and best, made fresh on site each day for you.
We go above and beyond to make our pizza as authentic as possible.
Our bases are made from hand-shaped, fermented sourdough which use caputo flour (said to be the best in the world), and our ingredients are either sourced from Italy, or locally in Leicestershire.
