S&L Personnel are recruiting for a Packing Operative for our client. They are based based in the Bardon Hill Industrial Estate near Coalville.
Candidates will be working on a production line, Re-packaging food items. So, you will be in a team, packing food products such as chocolates, coffee, tea, pasta, as well as seasonal items. Also, you will need to achieve hourly targets while working on an assembly line. Furthermore, there is opportunities to become a Team Leader for the right person once training is complete.
Pay rate: £10.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Shift Pattern:
Candidates can work either work mornings 6-2pm, or afternoons 2-10pm or ideally work rotating shift pattern below:
· Week 1 – 06:00am – 14:00pm
· Week 2 – 14:00pm – 22:00pm
Key duties of a Packing Operative:
- Working on a production line, packing food items.
- Able to pack products to a high standard
- Follow and work to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Be a team player! Work together to achieve targets
- Taking product off production lines and stacking onto palletsExperience & Qualities required of a Packing Operative:
- Reliability, honesty and excellent timekeeping is essential for this role
- Packing experience is not essential as all training will be given.
- Confident and motivated individuals with a can-do attitude.
