Major recruitment are looking for a motor trade recruitment consultant to work remotely. The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the roles by matching candidates to clients needs. Further more, you will be servicing the client as the main point of contact. Also, this role will be to service our clients need for Permanent workers in the Motor Trade.
You will be joining a live desk with vacancies ready for you to work. Bdm work will help improve your income
A laptop and mobile phone is provided as is on going coaching and training for the right person
Motor trade experience definetly an advantage. Aftersales manager / Service Manger / Sales manager
Someone who is currently doing a similar role Bdm in the Automotive industry would be ideal but we are mainly looking for someone with flexibility who can join the team remotely
Responsibilities
- Qualify and source candidates
- Manage the client’s needs and expectations
- Working with the office team to improve recruitment efficiency

- Quota or goal oriented
- Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
- Team player
The basic salary is £20,000 plus commission the ote is uncapped but we would expect you to earn £40,000+. So, there is more details available on application.
