Pay rate: The pay rate starts at £8.91 per hour, moving up to £10.45 with a £2.20 per hour unsociable shift allowance once taken on and doing rotating shifts.

For this Knitting Machine Operative role you will need:
- To be able to work rotating shifts once taken on as a permanent member of staff. See shift pattern below.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment. Your role will be to operate knitting machines that make seamless garments.
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage in areas such as;
- Production
- Knitting
- Machine Operating
- Manufacturing
- No experience with a Shima Seiki Knitting Machine? Not a problem, full training is available for the right candidate.
- The ability to interact with team members effectively
- Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your own work
- The willingness to constantly learn and be able to improve your own performance
