Role: Permanent, Full time

Salary: 21,000 (+ yearly bonus)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global construction business who due to growth are looking to add to their successful customer service team.

Working rotating shifts between 6.30am -6pm shifts with 1 in 4  Saturdays (time back in lieu) this is a full time permanent role.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience of work in a customer service-based role.
• Call centre or contact centre experience
• A proven ability to deal with a high volume of inbound calls.
• A confident and engaging telephone manner
• Ability to build a rapport
• You must be a team player
• Be target driven and possess a high level of accuracy
• Flexibility for rotational shifts
