Administrator – Job Details

Administrator
Based in Leicester City Centre
Monday – Friday 9am -5pm
22,000 p/a

The Job Role:

  • To deal with incoming telephone calls & emails, and respond accordingly.
  • To maintain & produce trade documentation and update filing systems as appropriate.
  • Assist colleagues with invoicing and drafting of sales contracts as well as updating Excel spreadsheets and in-house software system.
  • To assist the logistics team in managing the back office operations of the Company.
  • To check, monitor and replenish stationery stocks when required.
  • You may be asked to perform other duties occasionally which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role.

The ideal candidate will posess:

  • Professionalism
  • Minimum 2-3 years Administration experience
  • Bubbly & enthusiastic character
  • Strong oral & written communication and customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team
  • Flexible, adaptable, & willing to learn new skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (including Word and Excel)
