Administrator
Based in Leicester City Centre
Monday – Friday 9am -5pm
22,000 p/a

The Job Role:
- To deal with incoming telephone calls & emails, and respond accordingly.
- To maintain & produce trade documentation and update filing systems as appropriate.
- Assist colleagues with invoicing and drafting of sales contracts as well as updating Excel spreadsheets and in-house software system.
- To assist the logistics team in managing the back office operations of the Company.
- To check, monitor and replenish stationery stocks when required.
- You may be asked to perform other duties occasionally which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role.
The ideal candidate will posess:
- Professionalism
- Minimum 2-3 years Administration experience
- Bubbly & enthusiastic character
- Strong oral & written communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Flexible, adaptable, & willing to learn new skills
- Proficient with MS Office (including Word and Excel)
- Accurate and methodical
- Consistent performer
